Description
A newly received coffee from Costa Rica. This coffee has been through the “Honey Process”. This means the coffee bean has been removed from the fruit, depulped, but not washed. Some of the pulp from the fruit is still on the beans and they are dried. When you touch these beans while drying it is sticky like honey. This process also seems to sweeten the coffee naturally and so our notes are sweet hazelnut and cinnamon. Roasted to a lighter medium roast.
